• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including meeting with them regularly, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
• Identify and close sales opportunities by qualifying leads, presenting products and services, and negotiating contracts.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Track and report sales activity to the Area Sales Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
