Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of wait staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Schedule wait staff to ensure optimal staffing levels and meet guest needs.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including table management, seating arrangements, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the menu and beverage selections to answer guest questions confidently.
• Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service and order accuracy.
• Generate and track sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Proficiency in restaurant point-of-sale systems.

Experience
