Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably with a recognized hotel brand
• Proven track record of success in achieving revenue and profitability goals
• Strong operational expertise across all departments of a hotel
