Key Responsibilities

Clean and prepare data for analysis by identifying and correcting errors, inconsistencies, and missing values.
Perform statistical analysis using advanced tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python, and R.
Develop and implement data visualization techniques to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within data sets to uncover valuable insights.
Develop and maintain data pipelines to automate data collection and analysis processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis trends and technologies.
Communicate findings clearly and concisely in written and verbal reports.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and project managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a data-related field, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics (or a related field and demonstrably relevant experience).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI (a plus).
Experience with programming languages like Python or R (a plus).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

This role is open to both recent graduates (freshers) and experienced data analysts. For recent graduates, a strong academic background in data analysis and a willingness to learn are essential. For experienced professionals, a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a data analyst role is preferred.
