• Prospect and onboard new sellers: Identify & reach out to potential sellers, understand their business needs, and present the benefits of selling on Flipkart. Guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth & timely completion.
• Provide expert seller support: Act as a trusted advisor, addressing seller queries and concerns regarding product listing, promotion, pricing, logistics, and other platform features.
• Track and analyze seller performance: Monitor key metrics like sales, listing quality, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement. Proactively offer relevant recommendations and resources to help sellers optimize their performance.
• Maintain strong relationships: Build rapport with sellers and foster a collaborative environment. Regularly interact with them, gather feedback, and actively address their concerns.
• Contribute to team goals: Actively participate in team meetings, collaborate with internal departments, and strive to achieve team targets for seller acquisition and performance improvement.
